Was smaller and just about dead. It is now in the hospital hoping to survive. Very disappointed We apologize for the mix-up. As new sellers, packaging and organization were a learning experience, and if an error occurred, we take responsibility for it. However, we did not receive any messages from you regarding this issue. We always ask buyers to contact us first so we have the opportunity to make things right before a review is submitted. The plants that I record were fine but the proscess to get the plants was ridiculous.
I got notified that my plants were being held at the post office for unpaid postage.
Due to the way the flowers were packaged I ended up having to pay a large sum of money to just get the boxes….past the shipping referenced and purchasing the plants.
I sought them out and whatnot to resolve the matter and have heard nothing further. Thank you for your feedback. We’ve since corrected our shipping settings and apologize for the inconvenience. If you paid postage due, Whatnot Support can reimburse you if you send receipt & proof. We also did not receive any follow-up messages and would have been happy to help resolve any concerns.
