I’m honestly really disappointed as steps could have easily been taken to ensure safe delivery, such as shipping it in a box with a fragile label and packing paper.Hey girl, just sent you a message. I genuinely believed this item was totally ok wrapped in bubble wrap in the bubble mailer because the item itself didn’t seem fragile however, I guess I was wrong. My apologies.
