Tracking shows that it was delivered September 27th in your mailbox. I just sent you a picture showing this. I even messaged you the day after I mailed it to let you know that it was mailed. Unfortunately, once I mail it, it is out of my hands and what the post office does with it I cannot control. However, I wish you would’ve let me know that you didn’t receive it and given me the opportunity to make it right.
