So instead of messaging what not first , I was respectful and reached out to the seller first but didn’t receive a response. When I followed up the second time , I was BLOCKED ! One item I bought was a Lululemon tennis dress that still had the ink security tag attached and I have no way of getting it off and another was a heavily pilled sweater with stitching issues. I’m happy to share photos and the messages I sent for anyone who would like to see about my terrible experience with this seller ! If I could give 0 stars I would ! 👎Hi! Thank you 😅 Purchase is fine however I fell asleep during her live and my payment failed for a dress (prob like $10) and I forgot because I fell asleep and they blocked me.Hi! I’m sorry I’m a little confused. If payment failed you would have never received the dress. Payment was approved and the dress was shipped to you, you weren’t blocked. Purchased 12/9 and did not ship until 12/28 - but item arrived safe and sound perfectly as described! Ordered 12/9/25 received finally 1/3/26 after a few different excuses and it’s not even the correct item. Sold as a medium free people that she bought from the free people outlet to only find out it’s a XL and the brand is NOT free people..it’s a brand off of SHEIN. Not cool at all. ****Buyers beware****I’m truly sorry for the delay and the mix-up as your shipping address was wrong. I genuinely did not know the brand was mislabeled, and there was no intention to mislead—mistakes happen, and I take responsibility.
