Reviews (2)I'd rate my purchase higher but some of the little charms that were inside of the watch face were broken I didn't remember seeing that noted on the listing... I am unsure if this happened in shipping or not.I’m truly sorry that happened. The charms were all intact before shipping, so it sounds like they may have been damaged during transit. I sincerely apologize for this. I’d like to make it right by offering you a full refund for the product if you can request it through the system.
