No sleeves, no toploaders, just threw 3 loose cards in a poorly taped white envelope lol total waste of money😂 No im not happy with my shipment. I got my cards but everything was in a plain white envelope and none of my cards were on top loaders or sleeves. And I had a hit from 151. Do not recommend until seller changes how they ship. Got me the tin I wanted! Unfortunately didn’t get any hits in the packs but great price and service by thepokemuncher!! Great stream, great people thanks so much!

Said the surging packs were from a booster box then turns around says they were loose packs from a card shop. I know this review will be taken down. I just hope that the message sinks in. I did have packs from a surging booster box, however I actually sold out of those. So that is when I started selling the handful of loose packs that my card shop sold me - I have no way of knowing where those are from.
