Instead of honoring the auction outcome professionally, the seller and their moderator repeatedly contacted me in a way that felt intimidating and unnecessary.
To avoid further conflict, I even agreed to cancel the order as a courtesy. However, the messages continued despite my cooperation. What was most concerning was that the seller appeared to cancel my orders based on the assumption that I might leave a one-star review, rather than because of any actual issue with the transaction.
The purpose of an auction is to accept the final winning bid, regardless of whether the result is favorable to the seller. Buyers should not be pressured or treated differently simply because they won an item at a lower price.
I value respectful communication and fair business practices. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect either, and I hope future buyers are treatedYou bought a lippie under a custom dumpling squishy listing! If something happened during transport nothing you could've been done. WHAT DON'T U COMPREHEND! I could've sent u a dumpling. U continued when u could've just left but found it funny that u won a lippie at a great price & I was happy for u! But u bought a dumpling & the rest of the chat was confused & didn't get to bid properly. I was fine with ur win & planned to get with u aftr the show to handle it properly so u would be covered & was met with a threatening pm. Anaaaaaa, I'm incredible to my buyers & u felt this way too but U kept instigating. U & this 1 other review are from that same live. Why don't u understand that u bought a lippie under a custom listing on sudden death when my entire show was not on sudden death. Multiple ppl were upset that they didn't get to bid properly & u thought it was funny & told the chat they should've custom bid. I have the right to refuse business & felt it was necessary 4 u. Notice a name change? Used to be glowroom but she had to change her whole identity because of her toxic mod, Mary. Mary was attacking a buyer because she felt some type of way about a low bid. Me and a few others stood up for that buyer and we all got banned and blocked. When I confronted Linda about this, she took her mods side. Yeah she’s nice and sweet and blahblah but she gives zero shits about her buyers at the end of the day. Sad to pick a toxic person over your loyal buyers.
