Wow, they definitely were damaged during shipping. We package our items very strategically, but do not have power over how usps handles their packages in transit. We put every Funko in its own bubble wrap mailer and use actual bubble wrap and packaging paper. Wish you could have reached out directly prior to making the negative review, we would have had no problem getting everything square. I sent with flat rate shipping in which whatnot assigned, so there is no reason you should have been charged. I also responded under 10 mins every time you messaged me and even reached out to help you AND offered to refund or pay the shipping fee! You never paid over $4 for a pop so your review is not reasonable at all The whole transaction was perfect thank you Great service great products lighting fast delivery!!
