The sellers were very nice during the live but my reduced stars are for the extremely delayed shipping time. I don’t mean in transit time I mean the time it took for them to actually drop off the package. There was zero communication about it even though I even reached out specifically and asked. They are very nice but unfortunately I will not be purchasing from them again. Love love love the teapots so much. After some TLC they’re all shined up and look so good!
