Excellent purchase just as it was described I purchased a charm from the seller’s storefront, but when an envelope arrived, it only contained the packing slip and not the charm. I contacted the seller, and she responded promptly and handled the situation with excellent customer service. She quickly sent the charm I had originally purchased and generously included a chain and an additional charm as well. I truly appreciate her willingness to make things right and the care she took to resolve the issue. Thank you! Amazing seller with incredible inventory Purchased some random estate jewelry. Received a necklace that was tangled so bad I couldn’t get the knot out and it had one earring. I reached it to seller and she said she would take care of the problem but never received anything. I did reached out to her to follow up but no reply. Just because I didn’t spend $$$ on your bags doesn’t mean that I deserve to be treated differently.

The box was damaged, there was nothing protecting the bag outside of it being wrapped up in a plastic bag, which you could see from the outside because it was taped so poorly.
