Messaged us and we confirmed you were not missing anything. You just did not understand how a break works. Then you still put a review saying "missing cards". Dont be like this everyone 🫡 Great thanks! Daughter is starting her own collection now too 😁 After a very laggy Ascended Heroes break, we were told everyone would receive a free pack because the stream quality was so poor that we could barely see the packs being opened. That seemed like a fair gesture.
When my order arrived, the “free pack” was an unofficial Chinese Pokémon-style pack. To be fair, the streamer never said what the free pack would be, but considering it was compensation for an Ascended Heroes break, I think it’s reasonable to expect an actual Ascended Heroes pack.
It just felt like a cheap way of saying compensation was provided without really making things right. I used to think it was only a few bad streamers hurting Whatnot’s reputation, but experiences like this are making me question the platform as a whole.
