I did want to note that once I drop off your item with USPS, I no longer have control over any delivery delays. The lamp left my hands on time the morning of Feb 20th and was delayed twice during transit.
The tracking shows delays from weather in Indianapolis and locally to you in Charleston, but it still arrived within 8 business days.
You also deducted points on accuracy and packaging 😕 Please reach out & share any suggestions on how I can package items better or improve transparency.
