I suggested you request a refund so that you could get your money back as I thought that was a solution? I also offered to ship you something you had on hold for free and not to charge you for the item. I am not sure what else I could have done? absolutely love my new sphere..it is huge.. I didnt think it was that big but it's enormous.. tysm.. I highly recommend this seller Camera definitely doesn't do the items justice lol. Glad you love it!
