I was having difficulty finding seller so I started cleaning the bag. Two hours of cleaning produced a bag in fair to good condition. I shouldn’t have to do that unless it was stated during callouts. I’ve reviewed the photos and video receipt and I’m just not seeing the black marks you described, and I agree if a bag needs that much cleaning it should be stated during the description. Again, I’m sorry you were disappointed in the condition of the bag. I will accept a return of the bag and provide you a refund of your original cost, or am happy to give you a discount on a future purchase.
