I bought a Harry Potter set from this store that was described as new in box. When I received the set, the box was taped up and all the pieces were in sandwich bags and some were still put together as if they broke it down and threw them in bags. This was not a “new in box” item It was 100% used and was supposed to be a gift. I have reached out to the store and sent pictures along with my order and the description they gave on the order as it being “new” and have received no response. I’m disappointed because of the money spent on the set and not getting what I had ordered. We're very sorry this happened. This set was mistakenly listed as New in Box because we genuinely believed it was factory sealed when we acquired it. After seeing the customer's photos, it's clear it had been previously opened and resealed without our knowledge. We also unfortunately missed the customer's original message because it was filtered into our message requests and we didn't see it until after the review was posted.
