Whatnot support was no help at all in getting reimbursed for the additional charge on postage.I apologized sincerely and offered many ways to solve this issue. I even asked you to reach back out if whatnot was not helpful. As i would have reimbursed you out of my personal pocket. That was my first show and I did my best.
