All of our cards come in penny sleeves and I validated we did not have it in a hard sleeve in the video. I’m sorry you won’t be back, I’ll try to recover this dollar else where. I’m sorry your givvy card was ruined in shipping, all Giveaways ship in normal mailers unless you spend $20 and get a bubble mailer for your shipping. I apologize it was damaged in transit.
