Lincoln Wheat Cent is from the first year of the Lincoln cent series. The “V.D.B.” initials at the bottom of the reverse represent the designer, Victor David Brenner, whose name was briefly removed after public controversy. Graded MS65 Brown by PCGS, this example retains strong detail and original mint luster under the brown toning, indicative of long-term preservation.
