Co-founded by German immigrants Henry and Lee Below, the pottery specialized in hand-painted folk art ceramics with Americana themes, particularly Pennsylvania Dutch designs featuring Amish life, roosters, and eagles. After financial struggles and a 1971 fire that destroyed the factory and its molds
