This is an Open Edition pin from the Castaway Cay series, the private island for Disney Cruise Line in the Bahamas. The pin, originally released around 2002, is a hinged design that features: An upper section shaped like a cloud with the "Disney's Castaway Cay Bahamas" logo. A lower section, attached by springs, featuring Donald Duck as a "Flying Lightning" pilot, which dangles and moves.
