We ordered this as a custom from a local boutique, it wears like a dress due to how it is cut and shaped, but its technically a romper! This romper does NOT have any snaps for diaper changes, but it is super stretchy so easy to pull up and down for diaper changes or using the restroom .. This is a 2t/3t, its very stretchy! Sells new for around $40 + as a custom .. open to hearing offers
