A true "primitive" antique find for the holiday collector. This late 19th-century Christmas stocking features a classic jester-style curved toe and is adorned with original small brass jingle bells. Era: Circa 1890s – 1910s. Materials: Cream and red wool felt with authentic antique brass crotal bells. Design: Exaggerated jester/elf toe silhouette with hand-sewn bell accents that still have a soft ring. Condition: Authentic "found" antique condition with significant wear. There are numerous moth holes and areas of fabric loss throughout the felt. This piece is being sold as-is, perfect for a display.
