This is a mystery to me. I can't locate another like it online searching. It is black velvet, unstructured. I don't know if it is worn with the point in the front or the back, so I took pictures both ways. The tags are located in the lining of the point, so I'm assuming that is the back, but I am not positive. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for looking!
