This plush dog by Tiger Toys / Electronics would have come with a lead which could be attached underneath to make it look like you were walking the pup. This is not included - this listing is for the plush pictured only. You can see hook and loop spots on the legs where it would have attached. It does have the original collar. The dog measures 16" long from nose to the tip of the tail. It has plastic eyes and nose and is in great, clean condition with minimal wear from age / use.
