We stand behind what we sell, and sometimes small things are missed and we will make the situation right. If there is knives you’re looking for that we can’t sell on whatnot, reach out to the phone number and we can work with you. The only thing we have no control over is shipping. We pride ourselves on <1 day shipping getting orders boxed up and sent out to the post office asap. But the postal service has a mind of its own, and once they get the packages we have no more idea what happens than anyone else.
