One vintage 18mm mega-size Italian charm featuring a colorful raised enamel “American Flag” pattern in a heart shape on a silver tone charm base, marked B’linQ on the back. Mega charms are much larger than standard 9 MM Italian charms and are designed to connect two 9mm Italian charm bracelets together, with the mega charm serving as the centerpiece of the bracelet. This charm has two side hooks, allowing one 9 MM bracelet row to connect to the top hook and another 9mm bracelet row to connect to the bottom hook. It can also connect to other 18mm mega charms to create a larger chunky-style Italian charm bracelet.
