NWOT HTF Rare. Never worn. Incredibly gorgeous Carmen Marco Valvo black jacket!!!! Color is completely ALL BLACK but appliqué looks gray in photo but it is all black and the inside lining is pure black also. Victorian steampunk rocker or romantic!!Button down jacket. TRUE real velvet, silk and rayon blend very soft and amazing!! Heavily detailed appliqué around edges including the sleeves. Lined and shoulder pads. Ruffled trim. Fitted shape. Bought at Neiman Marcus. 1990’s
