The buckle was clearly a much enjoyed piece with some surface scratches & expected signs of the passage of time which add to the overall sentimental feel. Despite its age, this is still a strong & completely useable/wearable piece. It would be perfect to use either for its original purpose as a buckle, creatively repurposed into a one of a kind jewelry piece, or to display in a shadowbox collection of enchanting finds...
