Binder is included!!! Sword and shield base set and journey together master sets Not all cards are sleeved and the master sets are not fully complete. But it is a really good start with a couple of the hit ex cards and some holos. Most should be NM but condition may vary. 99% are english but there are a couple of japanese mixed in This binder is one of many matching ones I am posting that have all different master sets so check out my other listings as well.
