The item you're looking at is a 2014 TMNT CockRoach. This figure is an error for the fact that the front card's print/labeling is printed for the character "Rat King", not CockRoach. The physical character packaged is CockRoach. The back of the packaging is correct with the print/labeling being for CockRoach.
