This is a set of four square tea saucers with rounded, scalloped corners in the popular "Madrid" pattern, manufactured by the Federal Glass Company between 1932 and 1939. Molded in a warm amber-yellow hue (often referred to by collectors as "topaz" or "amber"), these 5.75-inch pieces feature a central circular cup ring surrounded by an intricate, delicate Art Deco etched scroll-and-filigree border design along the rim.
