Color photograph of a war-damaged multi-story building with an ornate Moorish/pseudo-Moorish architectural facade, blown-out windows, and a graffiti- and poster-covered construction barrier in front (partial text reading VELEZ, SDA, Army, ALEM). Possibly Vijecnica (Sarajevo City Hall) or a similar Austro-Hungarian era building in Bosnia and Herzegovina, though the exact site is unconfirmed. Consistent with the late 1990s post-war period based on a 07/99 marking on a related photo from this batch. Good color and clarity showing visible battle damage. No writing on back. Associated with the estate of USAF Col. Patricia Jane Harrington. Please review photos for condition.
