Lynchburg Glass Insulator No.31 Aqua Blue/Green "10" embossed on top USA. this insulator is in fair condition no chips no cracks no rough spots noted on the outside. BUT there are 2 nibs on the underside that are chipped. Please see photos as they are part of the description.
