I BELIEVE THAT HIS DESCRIPTION IS CORRECT This sleek, Machine Age/Art Deco metal cylinder was originally advertised as a leak-proof, rust-proof, and completely refillable way to carry perfume, cologne, or hand lotion on the go. The threaded, ribbed cap unscrews to reveal the distinct dispensing tip mechanism, complete with its original amber-colored sealing gasket. The flat bottom is clearly stamped with "H.B. PIGGOT PAT.
