Vintage Joe Bill Miller designer White Fascinator Saucer Disc Hat with structured crinoline loops and an elegant floral center. Great to wear to weddings, high tea parties, Kentucky Derby events, and Royal Ascot races, costumes and more! PERFECT condition. This was part of an estate sale where I purchased several vintage hats and hat boxes that I will be listening to the shop! Hard to find in this condition. The lady was quite wealthy, and had Flemington furs and other great vintage clothing!!
