Détails du produit

The 1956 Type 2 Franklin Proof Half Dollar is a sought-after numismatic coin minted in Philadelphia. Struck in 90% silver with a mintage of 669,384, its "Type 2" designation features a bold, modified eagle on the reverse with exactly three wing feathers to the left of its perch. 1956 Type 2 Franklin Half Dollar is a proof-only issue. Because its actual silver melt value is around $21, most circulated examples do not exist, and ungraded Type 2 proofs sell for about $40 to $95. • Full Bell Lines (FBL) • Weight: 12.50 grams • Diameter: 30.6 mm •™Composition: 90% silver, 10% copper • Silver Content: 0.3617 troy ounces of pure silver • Edge: Reeded Designer: John R. À propos du vendeur
I've been collecting Constitutional Silver since a child when both my Grandfathers started giving me coins and books to fill. This collection spans a 40+ year of numastatic hoarding and study, as well as becoming intrested in VAMs in the last decade. My specialty area is Morgan Dollars.
