Really beautiful 1932 Limited Editions Club edition of The Four Gospels, printed in Germany by Poeschel & Trepte, with vellum spine and housed in its original slipcase. Gold Gilt Lettering on Spine. Signed in back by artist Emil Rudolf Weiss Number 1252 of only 1500 copies Beautiful Deckled pages and thick paper. The book presents extremely well overall. Pages are clean with no foxing, and the text block is solid and well preserved. Cleanest copy on market w intact slipcase
