Features a delicate embossed scroll design on a creamy ivory body with a gold-trimmed ruffled rim. Embellished with beautifully raised, hand-painted pastel tulip flowers on the front. Stands approximately 3 inches tall. Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Stamped on the base with the official 11th mark green backstamp dating this piece to the 2001-2007 era, alongside an original artisan factory mark.
