Likely vintage 1930s-1950s Harker Pottery. Porcelain plate/ashtray features "Calico Tulip" pattern with red and blue gingham tulips and embossed scalloped edges. Within sets of Harker pottery, it was common for only the primary pieces to be Backstamped. Grooves suggest possible design as an ashtray. 5 inch diameter.
