Ensure that the microwave is clean and turntable can rotate freely. When first heated, you may notice a little moisture on the surface of the item, this is quite normal and will stop after a few uses. CARE INSTRUCTIONS Contains carefully selected organic filling material and dried French lavender. Surface clean regularly with a damp sponge. Do not immerse in water or wash in a washing machine. In the event of overheating, let stand and do not touch until fully cooled. Dispose of in normal household waste if worn or damaged. Store in a cool dry place after each use. WARNINGS Only reheat when the product is at room temperature. It can take up to four hours to cool down to room temperature. Temperature may increase after removal from the microwave.
