Sharpening service available. If you’re interested in my sharpening service, please send me a message. I’ll get back to you asap to discuss your knife. Before you ship it, I’ll ask you to send photos so I can verify its condition. Once I receive the knife, I’ll sharpen it, Bin the sharpening service and notify you that’s it’s ready to ship back to you. I take pride in my work and will complete your knife as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality you expect. Sharpening Information • My preferred edge angle is 17° per side. • Premium steels are finished to 3,000 grit for a refined, razor-sharp edge. •Budget steels generally perform better with a toothier finish, so I stop those at 800 grit.
