Kershaw Mini Iridium Reverse Tanto The Mini Iridium brings the DuraLock crossbar mechanism to a compact 3.9-inch closed folder. The 3-inch reverse tanto blade is ground from D2 tool steel with a two-tone finish—stonewashed flats and satin-finished grinds. Gray anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handles house steel liners and the crossbar lock mechanism, keeping the weight at 2.5 ounces. An ice blue anodized backspacer adds contrast to the gray frame. KVT ball bearings provide smooth opening on dual thumb studs. The ambidextrous DuraLock releases with a pull of the handle button, allowing one-handed closing. The reversible deep-carry clip works for right or left-hand carry, tip-up only. D2 steel holds an edge through repeated use and resists wear, though it requires more maintenance than stainless steels.
