Vintage 1997 Mattel Disney "Tail Spinnin' Eeyore" 12" Plush. The model features a pure mechanical design: when you squeeze his midsection/belly, an internal mechanism causes his tail to twirl around while the little bell (or rattle chime) inside the tail tip jingles. The plush works wonderfully and is in excellent condition with tush tag intact.
