Pair of round, chubby hens appear to be made from red clay but that color could be the glaze. Marked with the letters S and P, the hens have corks in their behinds, not in their bottoms (see 2nd photo). Each one measures 2.75 inches high. The pepper shaker has a red & gold foil label that reads IMPORTS ENESCO JAPAN.
