Charming 1945 Holland souvenir desk ornament featuring a cast brass windmill mounted on a substantial polished reddish marble/stone base. The front retains its original metal plaque reading “HOLLAND 1945,” giving this piece especially interesting immediate postwar travel and European souvenir appeal. The windmill features architectural brickwork detail and dimensional blades, while the faceted stone base gives it a handsome, substantial presentation. Measures approx. 5 7/8” wide. Vintage condition with expected age-related patina, scratches, surface wear and minor marks to the stone and brass. Please review photos closely.
