A grouping of vintage Carvel Hall by Briddell cutlery, the Chrisfield, Maryland maker famous for its silver-overlay steak knives. The lot includes a two-piece carving knife and fork set with cream Lustrex handles and a silver-plated floral filigree overlay, still in its original hard plastic case with the maker's price sticker showing $25. Alongside it are five steak knives in two different patterns: two more knives matching the carving set's floral filigree, and three with a separate pattern showing stags and oak leaves in a dark overlay on cream handles. All stainless steel blades, not sterling; the overlay is silver-plated, not solid silver.
