Vintage 1979 revised and combined edition of Salads and Vegetables Cookbook from the Favorite Recipes of Home Economics Teachers series. This edition combines material from the original 1964 Salads cookbook and the 1966 Vegetables cookbook. Spiral/comb-bound cookbook filled with vintage salad, vegetable, side dish, and related recipes contributed by home economics teachers. This copy also includes a fun bonus: assorted recipe photocopies and pamphlets that were found tucked inside the back of the cookbook and will stay with the book. Vintage used condition with age-related wear. See photos for overall condition.
