Charming antique petite porcelain teacup decorated in flowing cobalt blue with gold gilt accents and the sentimental phrase “Forget Me Not” in ornate Gothic lettering. The soft, blurred cobalt decoration is characteristic of flow blue, with floral motifs encircling the cup and a delicate gilt rim. The tiny scale and sentimental inscription make this a particularly lovely cabinet or display piece. Unmarked on the base. Exact maker and country of origin are unknown.
