Catalog ID: CAS-2428. Unusual 1975 US/Canada mono reissue. Sleeve marks this as stereo, while label shows it as mono (it's mono). Pressed by Pickwick Records of Canada with permission from RCA. Lacquer cut at Trutone Mastering Labs. Pressed at MCA in Gloversville. Note that there is a small half-inch puncture wound on the lower right of the sleeve, which is also present on the reverse. Media is pristine.
