🌿 Sharing tools for calm + creativity | Mental health advocate All pictures were drawn by me. I love creating and sharing abstract art. I find peace in creating art, and I hope that the art I share brings peace to others. Art is the only place I feel I don’t have to be perfect. I can be free. I can be myself. I can let go and allow what’s inside of me to run free. I’ve struggled with anxiety my whole life, and with depression for since I was about 18 years old. My coloring book was born from my own darkness and was created as a way to bring light to myself and others that share the same struggles. Hold on. It may never go away forever, but you will get a glimpse of your of light again 🔅
